Between Lake Malchin, Lake Kölpin and the Müritz, in the midst of beautiful old Mecklenburg villages stretches a wide, breathtaking landscape with lots of water, forest and meadows - the ideal place for unforgettable nature experiences!

Every year from May to August, the KLAX Nature and Environment Camp sets up its tipis and offers young and old guests unique vacation days in the Mecklenburg nature reserve. 9 tipis offer space for 6 people each. They are spacious, equipped with a wooden floor and therefore surprisingly comfortable - almost like a hotel room. A small fire in the middle warms on cool days and makes children's eyes shine. The original tepees encourage dreaming and fantasizing. They are a place where everyone feels at home.

School classes
Especially before and after the vacations, special offers are made for school and kindergarten trips, where environmental education is not neglected. Besides unique learning opportunities for science lessons, you will also find great conditions for all other educational areas at the KLAX Nature and Environment Camp. Environmental educators playfully explain the animal and plant world during extended hikes. Larger art educational projects can be created in the outdoor studios. During construction projects with natural materials, the children put their theoretical knowledge into practice and expand it. And later, around the campfire, they can hold stick bread over the embers, sing, drum and tell stories.

Workshops
Exchange of experiences and direct experience - this is what characterizes the workshops at the KLAX Nature and Environment Camp. In the well-equipped open-air studios you will deal with artistic techniques and possibilities of expression under expert guidance.

Opening hours for day guests from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
