You can quickly reach Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rostock and Wismar. Enjoy your stay in one of the 15 lovingly furnished vacation apartments on the spacious, family-run estate with its countless resting places and the original landscaped park. Start the day with an extensive country meal in the winter garden of the manor house. Horse lovers will get their money's worth with the light-flooded indoor riding arena and the qualified riding lessons. After a ride in the surrounding magnificent landscape conservation area, relax in the spacious wellness area with panoramic views over the horse paddocks.

Since 2019, you can hold meetings under the historic roofs of Gut Klein Nienhagen. We offer you on more than 260 sqm a conference and seminar area with the latest presentation technology and a meeting room with space for 120 participants. Further seminar and working group rooms are available for your events. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Our estate has a 20 x 40 m indoor riding arena (white sand with felt flakes) and a 20 x 60 m dressage arena with letters and a jumping training course. Gut Klein Nienhagen is a trail riding facility suitable for groups and is located directly on the Lübeck-Stettin long-distance riding trail. From the estate star rides between 1 to 6 hours can be undertaken in the surrounding area. They lead over field - trail track, forest paths and roads with little traffic. Our trail riding station is also suitable for groups. For guest horses we have 10 boxes (4 x 5 m) with straw bedding, 2 guest horse pastures with wooden fence and 2 guest horse paddocks (dry, solid ground with mats or sand/chips). As feed there are 2-3 times daily oats, hay and selfränken.

Riding lessons are held on 4 warm-blooded horses with a stick size of 164 to 168 cm of class L and 6 ponies with a stick size of 110 to150 cm of class A. The following services are offered:

  • Lunge lessons for beginners with seat training.
  • Individual lessons class A to M (dressage) and S (jumping)
  • Group lessons for beginners with 3 to 6 persons class A to M (dressage) and S (jumping)
  • jumping lessons and classical dressage
  • regular XENOPHON events

Training for the horse:

  • Preparation for competition with emphasis on jumping, up to class S by trainer B.
  • correction of horses by arrangement - riding and jumping training by trainer B

Our horse-supported leadership training and team development measures are a special offer.

Our services: Feel free to contact us regarding a shuttle service. We have conference and seminar rooms on our estate. For seminars, you can request full board with regional cuisine. We also have sauna and wellness facilities.

Supremesurf Beachhouse

The BEACHHOUSE in Warnemünde is the surf school with wave guarantee and combines surf and swim school, rental, store and beach bar since 2009. From May to September our VDWS licensed, also English-speaking surf instructors train beginners and advanced surfers in windsurfing and kitesurfing as well as in surfing and stand up paddling. From July to August swimming courses are also offered.

But the spot has cult status due to the "Ferry Wave Surfing": When every two hours a ferry from Denmark arrives in the harbor, it brings small but fine wave sets that can be ridden cleanly with SUP or longboard.
