Experience the grill masters of Ankerplatz Rostock in the Störtebeker brewery, take a look behind the scenes of the brewery during an exciting guided tour and discover the many possibilities of barbecue during a subsequent barbecue course with a 4-course menu.
The 4-course menu for the barbecue course will be announced online in good time.
Procedure:
Welcome of the participants
Brewery tour through the brewhouse, bottling plant and high-bay warehouse
Presentation of menu and barbecue equipment
Preparation and cooking of the ingredients
Grilling of meat & side dishes
Tasting the dishes together
