... whether reading in the garden, in a happy family circle on the terrace or relaxing in the sauna. The living rooms are lovingly designed, they form retreats for everyone due to their layout. The small former estate village Groß Siemen is located not far from the Baltic Sea, surrounded by meadows, fields and smaller forest areas, the typical Mecklenburg landscape.

The cozy house consists of 2 living levels, with a total of 115 square meters of living space. Up to 6 persons have here comfortably place.
Ground floor: Living room, bedroom, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower.
Attic: 2 bedrooms, gallery with sitting area, toilet, bathtub
Rudi's chicken coop
The former chicken coop has been lovingly converted to a rustic style up to the roof. It forms a compact living unit of about 30 sqm for 2 persons. The sleeping loft is accessible via a staircase. The chicken coop can be booked separately or in addition to the house, depending on your needs.

The guest areas each have a separate, cozy and covered outdoor terrace. Pavilion, barbecue area and the spacious garden area are shared. In the garden there is a rustic sauna house for about 6 people. Here you can sweat with a view into the garden. On request you can spend your vacation with your own horse. For this purpose guest boxes with paddock for self-supporters (hay and straw available) are available in the village. In addition, a lighted riding arena, as well as an indoor riding arena can be used. For our young riders, riding lessons on pony and small horse are offered if needed.
