The property is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Teterow. On the first floor of the house is a separate vacation apartment. On the living floor is a double room with shower/WC bookable. After consultation with the landlord there is the possibility to use the kitchen. In the city center of Teterow there are various shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, museums and a gallery. From the train station there are regular trains to Güstrow/Rostock or Neubrandenburg. A golf course and an equestrian farm can be found about 3 km away in the district of Teschow and can also be reached on foot or by bike via a hiking trail.
