The "ÖkoFeHaus" with 4 vacation apartments is located near the Müritz National Park on the eastern shore of the small Müritz. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, paddling and cycling tours. The cozy apartments are allergy friendly and one apartment on the first floor is suitable for wheelchair users.
The birds are chirping in the garden with old fruit trees. The lapping of the lakes can be heard not far away. Fragrant pine forests in endless expanse are the ideal place for deceleration and relaxation.
During the renovation of the house, special emphasis was placed on the selection of ecological building materials, low energy consumption and pleasant living climate. The building material and furnishings are mainly made of solid wood. The wooden floors are oiled (Livos). The natural building materials used allow allergy sufferers to enjoy carefree vacations.
The house has an above-average thermal insulation, gas condensing heating, a 14 sqm hot water solar system for domestic hot water heating and heating support.
