The town church, built between 1568 and 1574, is located a few meters from the town center and houses the tombs of Duchess Sophie and her daughter Anna Sophia.The town church is an elongated brick building with a fieldstone base.The simple church, with four-part ogival windows between the buttresses, has a west tower with sparse decorative forms in the Renaissance style.
