Off to the geographical center of MV at Lake Teterow in the Bischof-Theissing-Haus! Highlights of our house: Club & sports room (billiards, table football, table tennis), creative workshop & theater fundus, meeting rooms incl. technology. On our huge grounds there are: Boulder wall, soccer fields, basketball & volleyball, table tennis, barbecue hall, covered open air stage, tent site and much more.

The Bischof-Theissing-Haus - Jugendhaus MV is the center of the Catholic youth in Mecklenburg.

The group house is open to young people of any denomination and is also an excellent location for your class trip, as a meeting place and as a seminar center.

For young people, the youth education center offers a variety of courses throughout the year.

Facilities:
Capacity of 56 beds (+ possibility of extra beds):

  • 12 creatively designed 4-bed rooms divided into 2 corridor halves with respective sanitary facilities, usable also as single & double rooms as well as by extra beds with 5 persons
  • 2 double and 4 single rooms with shower & WC
  • tent site (4250 m²), sanitary building with group room & kitchenette
  • 4 seminar rooms (flexible room division by mobile partition walls) + further group rooms for up to 15 pers.
  • Seminar materials: big screen in the large seminar room, W-LAN, beamer, DVD player, flipchart, pin boards etc.
  • Musical instruments: guitars, keyboard, drums, percussion etc.
  • Leisure facilities in the house: sports room with billiards, table tennis, table soccer, club room with bar, theater fundus, creative workshop, light & sound equipment
  • intercom system with loudspeakers on all floors
  • Ground level house access & elevator over all floors

kitchen:

  • freshly prepared meals daily, homemade cakes

We take into account food intolerances and offer vegetarian/vegan food upon request.

Outdoor area:

  • 2 ha large
  • Tent site incl. sanitary facilities etc.
  • barbecue hall 18 meters in diameter
  • spacious play & sports area with bouldering wall, 2 soccer fields, volleyball & basketball court, table tennis table, playground with ropeway, climbing frames, balancing equipment, turntable, 2-seater carousel and double-seater partner swing".

Schulkamp plant Teterow
