The Premium Personal Training programs are led by Anita Heß - Personal Fitness Coach. In over 15 years of personal training, Anita Heß has learned what it takes to achieve her clients' goals with full conviction and with strength training and fitness units that are suitable for everyday use. Sport is her passion and years of experience in high-performance sport help "Miss Universe" & motivational talent Anita Heß to work with you holistically to achieve your goals.
When you book, you will receive an anamnesis form, which we ask you to complete, as it enables Anita Heß to adapt the scope and intensity to your physical abilities, needs and goals and thus put together the best possible selection of exercises for your state of health.
