Classical concert
Suleika Bauer (violin) and Rico Gatzke (piano), both born in the royal seat of Neustrelitz, met at the Rostock University of Music and Drama in 2006 and have formed a musical duo ever since. Rico Gatzke is a concert pianist in addition to his work as a piano lecturer at the HMT Rostock, while Suleika Bauer is a violinist with the Schleswig-Holstein State Symphony Orchestra and a sought-after chamber music partner. At this concert, the duo will perform popular works from the classical and romantic periods, including pieces by W.A. Mozart and F. Schubert. There will also be one or two virtuoso pieces, such as the famous Csardas by Monti.
