Stralsund Zoo invites you to Horse Day on 07.09.25. Visitors can look forward to a varied program all about the fascinating four-legged friends. There will be exciting demonstrations on the grounds, interesting insights into working with horses and activities for children such as pony rides and craft activities. Food and drink will also be provided. Stralsund Zoo is looking forward to introducing guests of all ages to the world of horses.
From miniature horses to Mecklenburg cold-bloods - experience the diversity of the equine world - presented by the zoo and its friends. On one day in the zoo year, the horses of Stralsund Zoo would like to thank their friends and patrons. On Horse Day, they get all dressed up and show what they are made of. Once again this year, they have invited a number of horse friends to join them. In an entertaining sequence of presentations, private horse owners, pony and horse farms and animal trainers will show what their animal pets are made of. From horse dressage and the presentation of riding skills to the performance of carriage teams, an attractive program is offered on the festival meadow on Horse Day at Stralsund Zoo.
