The Stralsund Marzipan Manufactory can be found in the hotel on Jungfernstieg.

Since September 2009, fine marzipan has also been produced in Stralsund. The recipe was developed with a lot of passion. The almond content is about 70%. Our marzipan is refined with the finest chocolate coatings. The handmade marzipan products are produced exclusively from fresh selected raw materials and without preservatives in our Stralsund marzipan manufactory by the master confectioner. Our distinctive range extends from classic marzipan breads to pralines and individually produced figurines.
