Bathing place Neu Heinde
Neu Heinde is a district of Prebberede. Originated from the villages Klein Bützin, Neu Krug and the estate Neu Heinde and is registered since 1810 under the name Neu Heinde. The village is located about 30 km south of Rostock - so very conveniently between the cities of Güstrow, Laage and Teterow.
Swimming is possible in the small and large Neu Heinden lakes. Both lakes are located close to each other in the vicinity of the village. The bathing places with jetties are located on the eastern shore in each case.
The water is very clean, freshwater snails and fish are happy, shore and lakes are picturesquely situated in beautiful landscape. The sandy, soft bathing places lead shallowly into the water, especially suitable for small children. Parts of the water areas are repeatedly interspersed with lush aquatic plants. There is enough space for free swimmers. The sunbathing lawns and jetties invite you to linger and picnic, starting in the evening with sunset over the lakes.
