The vacation home is located separately on the landlord's property in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Teterow. The center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. There are various shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, a museum, a great gallery and much more. The Teschow golf course is around 3 km away. A boat and bicycles can be rented from the landlord subject to availability. Lake Teterow with its NaturBad can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. From here, guests can set off on hourly round trips on the Regulus launch in summer.

On the first floor there is a cozy living room, a small kitchen (2-burner stove, microwave with grill and oven) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor can be reached via a staircase. A stair gate can be fitted to protect guests with children. There are two bedrooms here, each with two beds, one of which is a connecting room and open to the living room. There is also the option of an extra bed. A terrace with garden furniture and a garden seating area with sunbathing lawn are available to guests at the house. There is also a car parking space.
