Vacation apartment for 4-6 persons.With us you live in our cozy and very spacious vacation apartment directly under the cozy thatched roof, which cools in summer and warms nicely in winter. From the windows you have an enchanting view, as if from a swallow's nest, of the large natural water lily pond, the huge weeping willow as well as over the entire former farm with stable and barn and across to the forest. Our small village Neugarten is idyllically nestled between fields, meadows and forests in the middle of the hilly landscape of the Feldberg Lake District Nature Park, directly at the Bucheisensee, which with 129 m above sea level is the highest lake in Mecklenburg Vorpommern. A small but nice anecdote about Neugarten says: There are no stores here and especially no church, because the farmers and craftsmen who used to live here did not want to be watched by the good Lord while distilling schnapps.
In your attic apartment over the entire house you have two separate bedrooms: in the "large" would be next to the double bed (width: 1.80 m) and the reading corner also space for a crib, in the "small" there are two single farm beds (width: 0.90 m), and you can use the small sofa here as an extra bed for a child.
The bathroom has a tub, a shower and underfloor heating.
In the large living-dining room with fully equipped integrated kitchen there is also a comfortable sofa bed (width: 1.80 m), which is suitable for 1-2 extra beds. From the windows you have an enchanting view, as if from a swallow's nest, of our natural water lily pond, the huge weeping willow as well as the yard with stable and barn over to the forest. For children interested in nature, the pond alone with its fish and frogs is an adventure playground, for adults seeking relaxation a place to dream.
The standard price for the apartment (up to 4 persons) is 70,- € in the low season and
80,- € in the high season (incl. holidays).
An extra bed costs 10,- € per night.
Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
In our standard price the costs for towels, bed linen, water, electricity, WLAN and final cleaning are already included. However, we charge a deposit of 100,- € in advance in case of above average costs.
