Not far from Szczecin, surrounded by wide hilly fields and meadows, lies the Green Goose Farm Ladenthin. There we, Astrid Grün and Emanuel Reim, operate species-appropriate goose and cattle farming. A variety of our own products are marketed in the farm store and can be picked up on fixed dates.
Steakhouse quality beef
During the spring and late summer months, you can pre-order fresh beef from local slaughter. Three herds of the robust regional breed "Uckermärker" grow up under the high standards of animal welfare: Calf rearing on the mother cow until 6 months of age, straw housing with plenty of daylight and generous lying areas with exercise areas.
Pre-order pick-up dates are always on a Thursday from 1pm to 6pm and are regularly posted on our website. You are welcome to arrange an alternate pick-up date with us. We will store your meat in our store freezer until then.
The best for the feast
During the Advent and Christmas season, you can pre-order a delicious, happily raised Christmas goose (ready to cook) with a carcass weight of approx. 4 - 5 kg including giblets.
Individual parts of the goose such as legs, breast, liver, confit goose stomach in a jar or goose giblets are also part of our assortment. The goose meat is processed into a variety of delicious, unusual products: Goose salami as raw sausage with fennel or as cooked salami with green pepper, rillettes or goose liver sausage with prunes. Even the goose fat is used to produce a wonderful skin-friendly soap.
