Farm Shops, Shop regionally, holidays in the countryside, sustainable

Gläserne Molkerei is a pure organic dairy with 2 locations in Germany. One production site is located in Dechow, Mecklenburg, and the second plant is located in Münchehofe (Brandenburg). We obtain our organic milk from the surrounding regions and process it into drinking milk, butter, cheese or yogurt.

In 2012, the Transparent Dairy opened the location in Dechow, in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Schaalsee. In an idyllic location, the modern wooden building of the dairy extends and invites you to linger. The integrated farm store offers not only the delicious in-house organic dairy products such as milk, butter, buttermilk, yogurt and cheese, but also other organic food for daily needs. The wide assortment ranges from fruits and vegetables to bread and baked goods to specialties from the Schaalsee region. Come by and let our competent staff advise you. Relax with a cup of coffee, a delicious piece of cake or a snack and enjoy the magnificent view of nature.
The park-like annual tree garden right next to the Transparent Dairy serves to slow down and holds many more discoveries and information in store. Thus, it rounds off the visit to the farm store of the Transparent Dairy in the best possible way.
