Experience the unique atmosphere on one of the largest Demeter farms in Germany! Located on the northern outskirts of the State capital Schwerin, spend your vacations in the freshly renovated and converted "Old Horse Stable". After an extensive renovation, 4 vacation apartments and 5 guest rooms with a total of 30 beds have been created. Our farm store and the farm cafe are also looking forward to your visit.
At Medewege Farm, one of the centerpieces of the homestead, the horse stable, was renovated over several years and completed in spring 2014.
Due to the high level of comfort that the vacation apartments offer you will be able to experience a completely relaxed vacation on our organic farm . The house, renovated under building biology criteria, houses 4 vacation apartments and 5 guest rooms. In the interior design, care was taken to ensure that the materials were sourced regionally - even the wood from the stables found its reuse. In the design and manufacture of the furniture was also worked with regional partners and no tropical wood was used. The wood was processed exclusively with environmentally compatible paints and varnishes.
By the way, the blue vacation apartment can be extended by 2 guest rooms! You will then have room for 11 people in one vacation apartment. If you want to travel with more people, then other living combinations can be realized. In each vacation apartment a kitchen-cum-living-room with comfortable seating invites you to linger, cook and have a sociable meal. From here you can reach your rooms. Each vacation apartment has one double and one twin bedroom. In the blue and red apartment there is another two-bed room.
On the farm there is also a farm store with fresh organic products and a farm cafe.
A children's farm is looking forward to little guests.
For events (e.g. seminars / workshops / family reunions) there is a fully equipped hall for up to 50 people on the first floor of our building.
