Motivated by my own intensive body experience, it has become a matter close to my heart to also teach other women and men moving and still forms of exercise in a gentle and meditative way, in order to create a body-oriented access to one's own aliveness, naturalness and joy of life.
With a sound education as a sports and biology teacher as well as a non-medical practitioner with a focus on TCM and homeopathy, I accompany people therapeutically on their life paths. As a back school, Qigong, meditation and fasting teacher with 25 years as an independent course instructor, I teach course participants a body-oriented approach that improves self-awareness and nourishes self-confidence in one's own processes. This personal path of experience is intensified during health walks in the nature of our region. All of these paths incorporate insights into medical, energetic and mental connections of various healing philosophies.
