Youth hostels

Our farm is a place for those who like to speak Denglish, enjoy DIY workshops, engage with animals, prefer nature to the couch, try their hand at standup paddleboarding, love to eat pancakes, love to tinker in the garden, and want to gaze at the starry sky around a campfire.

Beaumont Farm, a German-English school farm, is an ideal place for group trips, vacation camps, family and nature vacations. We speak a lot of English (and Denglish as well) and are happy when our guests join in and playfully deepen their English skills and try it out with each other. We spend most of the day outdoors with animals (rabbits, dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, chickens, sheep), hiking in the adjacent national park, swimming in crystal clear lakes, practicing standup paddleboarding, and more.We practice standup paddleboarding, build rafts (if there is enough rainfall), pour soap, upcycle milk cartons into purses and wood into lamps, bake pizza and rolls, work in the garden and cook together. Of course, there will also be campfires, stick bread and werewolf.

We consider ourselves a vegetarian farm-to-table, which means that as much as possible of our growing permaculture garden is used in the preparation of our food.

For group trips and vacation camps, our young guests sleep in cozy half-timbered rooms, while adults can choose between a vacation apartment, several double rooms (with bathroom) or a shared room (with bathroom).
