In the middle of a new development area, a "workshop daycare center" was built on 2 floors in place of a demolished residential block, where 76 children can be cared for. The children can choose their own places to learn and play in the building and the associated outdoor facilities and control their own learning processes. All common rooms on both floors are located in a central play corridor, which is connected to a spacious multi-purpose room on both floors. The accessible building achieved the DGNB "Silver" standard.
