Two Weltladen activists went on a trip to South Africa in September 2024. They take us on this trip and to the Fair Trade partners they visited in pictures and short reports. Some Fair Trade products will also be tasted together. Participation is free of charge.

Ulrike Eberhardt-Lauterbach (Weltladen Senftenberg) and Lavern Wolfram (Weltladen ZeichenDerZeit in Berlin) joined other Weltladen activists on a trip to South Africa in September 2024. They take us on this trip and to the Fair Trade partners they visited in pictures and short reports.

For example, Isuna ceramics, the Heiveld Co-Operative (rooibos tea, ecotourism), Kapula (candles) and Growing Paper (seed paper). There is also information on the effects and limits of fair trade and on the people in a South Africa more than 25 years after the official end of apartheid. You will be familiar with many of the products from our store.

We will also taste some of the products together. You are cordially invited. Participation is free of charge.
