Even after more than 30 years of operation, the Poorboys still rock and roll across stages throughout Switzerland with a lot of enthusiasm, wit and charm, bringing Elvis, the Beatles, Chuck Berry and many other heroes of the 50s and 60s back to life. The Poorboys' cover versions show respect for the originals, but also have their very own "Poorboys touch".
Special highlights are the musical raisins in the repertoire, which go far beyond the normal program of a rock'n'roll band. For example, a few Italian evergreens always create a summer holiday atmosphere or an 80s hit by Depeche Mode, Prince, the Spider Murphy Gang or the rock band Kiss is musically relocated to the Fifties.
The band's repertoire includes many unforgettable classics such as Johnny B. Goode, Jailhouse Rock, Just A Gigolo, Volare, Reete Petite, Great Balls Of Fire etc. Almost 100 songs in the program ensure varied concerts and a good atmosphere.
