The Long Night of the Galleries attracts culture fans to a concert in the courtyard for live and blues music by the Baltic Blues Band in the Greifswald Störterbeker Brauhaus.
Rock ! Folk ! Blues! And a little gallery feeling
TheAmerican musical spectrum is wide and so is the Baltic Blues Boys. What applies to the USA is the program for the Baltic Blues Boys: Americana with many sideways glances at neighbouring genres and styles: Entertaining, amusing and gripping. Mario Bollinger, now based in Greifswald, Arne Tank, Alfons Hamm and Axel Schulz have now joined forces to present this music live. The Baltic Blues Boys ' program includes rock standards, rarities and new interpretations of the old themes. Nothing remains sacred, everything can be played if it's fun. Each of the four musicians has decades of experience in the scene to accelerate the merging of these four individual musicians into a brand new and hot quartet. The music of the Baltic Blues Boys is unadulterated, 100% handmade and without digital files in the background.
TheBaltic Blues Boys ' program ranges from beat, rockpop, Britblues, folk and soul to traditional acoustic country and Texas music. A musical spectrum as wide as the Peene estuary and as hot as the Baltic Sea beach in summer.
The Baltic Blues Boys were able to book their first concertsjustdays after their formation. With hundreds of concerts booked throughout Germany in just as many venues, the individual musicians of the Baltic Blues Boys are four of the most successful touring musicians in Germany. The musicians have already been spotted in Berlin's Yorckschlösschen, Hamburg's Cotton Club, Berlin's cult location Speiches Blues&Rockkneipe and Eckernförder Spieker. The Greifswald and Stralsund pub nights were also well-stocked with the individual boys and they were seen in the Oman River or Sixties. But they were also heard at the M.A.U. Club Rostock, the Riders Café Lübeck, the Empire Club Rostock, Kurpavillon Göhren and as local heroes at St. Spiritus Greifswald. The musicians have also played at venues in their home towns, such as Anton's in Munich, Omnibus in Würzburg and the Blues Will Eat Festival in Nuremberg.
