Stand Up Paddling
Every Friday at 4:30 pm, we offer a one-hour SUP taster course for young and old - ideal for anyone who simply wants to try stand-up paddling! With its calm, shallow water, the Salzhaff is perfect for beginners - ideal for practising and feeling comfortable. The course is led by an experienced trainer who will introduce you to the basics of stand-up paddling safely and with lots of fun.
For €15 per person, you will go out on the water together. The meeting point is at Oceanblue Watersports (on the jetty opposite the lagoon playground).
Prerequisites:
- first swimming skills
- suitable weather conditions
- at least 5 registrations

If you feel confident, you and your family can also hire SUPs directly on site after the course - perfect for exploring the lagoon further or enjoying the view of Rerik and Wustrow from the water.
