Ranger hike through the Goor nature reserve near Lauterbach.
From the port of Lauterbach, where you can learn about fishing and boat building, you follow the hiking trail into the Goor nature reserve, past the former princely bathhouse, which is once again resplendent in its "new" old splendor. In the near-natural mixed deciduous forest of the Goor, a number of rare animal and plant species can be discovered alongside old veteran trees. At the same time, the coastal hiking trail often offers an unobstructed view of the breathtaking coastal landscape of southeast Ruegen with the offshore island of Vilm.
Please remember to wear sturdy shoes and weatherproof clothing. In case of weather conditions that pose dangers for the guests during the hike (e.g. storms), guided tours may be cancelled and, if necessary, the ranger may cancel them on site
