A group of enthusiasts from the art museum and the sponsors' association have taken up the idea of the "masked choir" and developed their own performance from it.
One day after the opening of the exhibition on the work of T. Lux Feininger, there will be a mask performance to marvel at in the art museum: T. Lux began studying at the Bauhaus at the age of 16. He was particularly involved in the stage workshop. With his youthful imagination, he created expressive masks that were used in the performances of the Bauhaus stage. In addition to the famous Triadic Ballet by Oskar Schlemmer, his "Mask Choir" moved people's minds because here the "elemental" emerged in a different, more playfully evoked way. In this mystical, touching performance, archaic human motifs came to the fore in both staged and spontaneous ways in the physiognomic, acoustic and pantomime elements.
