Nobel Popel wants to present the children with a fairytale magic show. But the much-needed fairytale figures that Kurt Vollmundig promised have not arrived. Now Kurt has to come up with something so that the children can experience the fairytale magic. He actually seems to succeed in what he thought was impossible, but Kurt turns it into not just a fairytale spell, but a swirling fairytale spell!
