Meditation with the bee colonies

"Humming with the bees"

I invite you to a guided meditation in nature at my bee colonies at the edge of the forest.

The aim is to arrive in the moment, let go of thoughts and focus the mind with the help of the bees
- get in touch - with yourself - with nature - with other people.

Time frame and location of the meditation at the bee colonies

The "Meditation at the bee colony" is planned for a period of around 1.5 hours.

We meet at the parking lot of the climate forest of Malchow, opposite the Malchow riding stables. Together we walk about 1 km from the parking lot to my bee colonies. I'll tell you about the bees and we'll get in the mood for connecting with nature.

The event will not take place in case of rain or storm.

Preparation for the meditation at the bee colonies

We stay with my bee colonies at the edge of the forest. We are close to the bees and will encounter free-flying bees and other animals of the forest (e.g. wood ants). Animal contact, e.g. bee stings, cannot be ruled out. Participation is at your own risk.

I recommend that all participants refrain from using strongly scented body care products on this day. Please do not use hairspray either. The bees can be confused by the scents and interpret you as an enemy.

Some bee veils are available for the head if the encounter with the bees proves not to be conducive to personal relaxation on the day.

If you are allergic to bee stings, please consider whether a visit to the bees is an option. If a severe allergic reaction with severe symptoms (e.g. shortness of breath etc.) is known, I would advise against a visit or, if so, recommend taking a suitable anti-allergy medication with you. If you have mild symptoms, there should be no reason not to visit. In this case, I recommend keeping a suitable distance from our bees. Each participant should carefully consider what applies to them personally and what is best for them.

You are welcome to bring a cushion or blanket for the forest floor for the meditation. Some stones invite you to sit elevated.
I recommend bringing something to drink in a sealable container, not only on warm and sunny days.
Please switch off your cell phone or leave it in the car, as this radiation can also irritate the bees and the sounds can interfere with connecting in meditation.

A socially acceptable dog can be brought along by arrangement if it is kept on a lead during the meditation and behaves calmly.

Please contact me again one day before the planned meditation. At this time we can estimate the weather exactly, in case of heavy rain & storm the meditation will not take place.

We will be outdoors the entire time. Therefore, please wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather. It is possible that a bee may sit on your clothes. This is not dangerous. However, the following items of clothing are not suitable: Fleece jackets and tight leggings - the bees will get their feet stuck there and feel threatened.

Afterwards, the delicious and fortifying products from my apiary can be purchased on site.
