Anyone who has always wanted to know what is behind the increasingly popular dance martial art "Capoeira" is cordially invited to get a first insight from Capoeira teacher Cornelius Raupach. Capoeira has a long history and originated among slaves on the sugar cane plantations. Capoeira promotes strength, endurance, coordination, agility and responsiveness. The music and dancing in the group are special. With flowing movements, participants learn to address the whole body and all muscle groups.
The workshop is a free impulse offer from the city library. In the IMPULS series, we regularly present new ideas for leisure activities and the art of living.
Weather permitting, the workshop will take place outside.
