On his current tour "Revolution of Love", the internationally renowned clarinettist and peace ambassador appeals for peaceful coexistence and more love and harmony. The audience will experience a firework display of traditional klezmer music as well as masterpieces of tango music and selected compositions from the current CDs composed by Majid Montazer in the two-hour concert program. Giora Feidman, the winner of several Classical Echoes, uses his clarinet to communicate and share his message through music. His sound is versatile, passionate and emotional, but also sensual and earthy. The "King of Klezmer" and interpreter of the Oscar-winning film music for Steven Spielberg's "Schindler's List" offers his listeners an extraordinary experience at his concerts. He has also appeared in the German films "Jenseits der Stille" by Caroline Link and "Comedian Harmonists" (1997) by Joseph Vilsmaier.
Feidman has already been honored for his commitment to peace and his services to reconciliation between peoples. He received the International Bridge Prize for his contribution to international understanding in Europe and the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his efforts to promote reconciliation between Jews and Germans.
