Flare is a European quartet that plays top-class contemporary jazz and brings together musicians from Latvia, Great Britain and Germany. Constantin Krahmer, pianist and composer from Rostock, is a committed organizer of international projects who invites musicians from various countries to his concert series Bron (Swedish: the bridge), founded in 2021. As a musician, he released the trio album Care with New York bassist Thomas Morgan and Leif Berger on drums in 2024, for example, and is constantly working on new music, which he releases on his label Yew Records.
