Thomas Putensen - long awaited and finally back at Latücht with his band
The pianist, singer and composer Thomas Putensen plays his concerts in a remarkable mixture of classical music, pop, rock and light-hearted satirical poems. He elicits an unusual concert atmosphere from these very different stylistic elements and is happy to leave the direction of the evening to the mood and whim of the audience and their inspirations. Putensen's songs on the piano mix the sound of the North with world music accents and with one or two evergreens by Holger Biege and Manfred Krug he adds a few very enriching highlights.
The concerts under the motto: "Wild Etudes & Delicate Songs" are an almost understated description of his artistic ambitions and are always a special experience.
