Start with twinkling lights and Santa Claus - Christmasy and cozy courtyards invite you to enjoy and linger.
On Friday, November 29, 2024, the traditional lighting of the Christmas crown and the Christmas tree on the market square will mark the usual festive start to the Advent season. Santa Claus is expected in front of the town hall at 5 pm. Assisted by elves, he will hand out sweets to the children.
On Saturday, November 30, various courtyards and locations in the city center invite you to come together and browse. They all promise a mix of live music with bands and artists, readings, regional offerings, arts and crafts, books, gift crafts, art projects, exhibitions, treats and hands-on stalls. Visitors can try out, taste, enjoy and experience a cozy pre-Christmas atmosphere everywhere.
