In the large swimming pool of the AHOI! RÜGEN bathing and adventure world in Sellin, participants train in shoulder-deep water. They improve their mobility, enhance their fitness and coordination.
Due to the high frequency of movement, Aqua Power is one of the most effective workouts: the exercises are fast-paced and dynamic and the body has to continuously counteract the water pressure. The resistance also ensures that the muscles are constantly massaged (no sore muscles) and that the tissue is purified and tightened (no cellulite). During the 45 minutes of this strength and endurance training, the body burns an average of 600 calories - without breaking a sweat.
