6th start-up round table dedicated to the topic "Clear in mind, strong in business" at the DeveLUP Future Center

Jens Handke & Ecki Raff from ICH - Institute for Coaching & Hypnosis in Schwerin will provide some interesting impulses on the topic of "Clear in the head, strong in business" at this start-up round table. Entrepreneurship means: vision, responsibility and often excessive demands. Too many tasks at the same time, unforeseen events destroy planning. In the interactive input on this evening, Ecki and Jens will show you how you can consciously take yourself out - not to achieve less, but to come back more focused, clearer and with renewed energy.
We'll talk about the most common stress traps in everyday life for female entrepreneurs and give you specific tools on how to keep a cool head during peak periods and increase your output with mindfulness and resilience. Because if you want to perform consistently, you also need to know how to regenerate. An impulse for all those who want to lead without losing themselves.
