On the approx. 7 ha large area directly at the Recknitz, which is surrounded by meadows and forests, you will find many possibilities to do sports, to enjoy nature and to relax. Your breakfast egg comes from our own chickens and in our own stone oven you can bake bread just the way you like it.
Attention nature lovers: Away from the stress of everyday life you can let your soul dangle here! The untouched nature around the Recknitzberg invites you to explore it on foot, by folding boat or by bike. If this wilderness is not for you, just do some wellness. Nearby, a beautiful, well-kept swimming lake is waiting for you, where it is great to splash around. If you long for a bed with sunburn and blisters on your feet, you'll find a cozy place to stay, after-sun lotion and band-aids here.
There is room for up to 30 people in the newly renovated guest house, and tents and caravans find a nice place on the natural camping site.
You're sure to be hungry too! The breakfast eggs come from our own happy chickens and in the bakehouse you can bake your own bread in the stone oven. Just the way you like it. You can barbecue in the charcoal burner's hut and if you prefer to sit around the campfire with a guitar and stick bread, that's no problem either.
There is a large campfire site surrounded by a nature auditorium. Information about the nature auditorium can be found on the website of the Rechnitzberg Nature and Recreation Farm. You can even play guitar on a stage there. Even electric guitar, because electricity is also available there. If everything is too "natural" for you at the Natur- und Erholungshof, you can take a trip to Stralsund, Greifswald or Rostock. Beautiful and interesting cities nearby. But we definitely recommend the museums and sights in the immediate vicinity, because they have more to offer than you think.
