Welcome to St. Otto - we and our island have sun, beach, relaxation, good food and much more in store for you. Singing, playing, romping, making music, barbecues, disco or indoor sports, working on school projects or training, all this is possible on our large premises with many functional rooms.
What began in 1916 as a religious house for children's recreation has since developed under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Berlin into a modern house for children's, youth and class trips, as well as for recreational activities of church congregations and associations, with 4 group houses of 16 to 35 beds and about 100 beds in multi-bed rooms.
A large area of our property with about 120 beds in double and multi-bed rooms, which can also be combined as family rooms, is also available for non-profit family recreation, senior citizen trips, seminars and choirs.
We offer our small and large guests a wide range of functional, work and play rooms such as church, seminar rooms and stage with appropriate sound and image technology, sports hall, party room, bowling alley, bakery, laundry room, TV rooms and much more free of charge.
On our approximately 100,000 square meter property, which is completely fenced in, we also have soccer, soccer and two volleyball fields, a barbecue and campfire area and a large playground with a crate stacking system. You are also welcome to use our extensive walking paths for relaxation, after a few minutes through the coastal forest you reach the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. In the nearby center of Zinnowitz you will find shopping facilities, cinema, cafes and restaurants as well as the seawater swimming pool, our beach promenade with the pier.
