The vacation apartments at the town harbor are located directly above the Sassnitz town harbor and only a few meters from the Baltic Sea.
The house accommodates 7 modern, individually and high-quality furnished 2- and 3-room apartments as well as a 4-room penthouse apartment. All apartments have separate living rooms and bedrooms, large bathrooms with a walk-in shower, WC and bathtub, a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen in the living room and a terrace or balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea.
Excellent sleeping comfort is provided in all apartments by hotel beds with high-quality orthopaedic mattresses. The open-plan living concept is impressive in all rooms, harmoniously coordinated with the furnishings and emphasized by selected pictures and art objects.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments, but only on the balconies or terraces.
Information on accessibility
Apartments 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 meet the quality criteria of the "Accessibility tested - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities" label. Further details can be found at Travel for all.
- A parking space is available for the vacation apartment.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by the guest are at least 80 cm wide.
- There is at least one double room.
- The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair accessible.
- The dining table/table is designed to be wheelchair accessible with a maximum height of 80 cm.
- The WC cannot be accessed from the side and there are no grab rails.
- The washbasin cannot be driven under and the mirror cannot be seen when standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is without a threshold. A shower chair is available, but there is no grab rail.
