The ceramics workshop located directly on the Saaler Bodden, was founded by master potter Renate Jankowski on June 1, 1999. The production of the ceramics takes place according to old tradition on the potter's wheel. The pottery is lovingly decorated by hand with regional motifs of flora and fauna.

The Fischland church, built in 1873, bears features of the neo-Gothic style. In the church there are three naves, the "Deo Gloria", above the north gallery, the "Hope", in the nave and the "Christiana" in the south gallery. The altarpiece depicts the biblical story of the rescue of the sinking Peter. Since 1997, the painting "Nativity Play" by Hedwig Woermann has been on permanent loan in the north gallery.

The Water hiking rest area Marlow is located about 1 km outside the town of Marlow, directly on the Recknitz Bridge on the L18 between Marlow and Semlow. It offers rest and camping facilities, a toilet suitable for the disabled and access to the boats is also possible via a ramp suitable for wheelchair users.
For water sports, there is the signposted surf zone here, with perfect sideshore conditions in westerly and northeasterly winds. But the spot has cult status due to the "Ferry Wave Surfing": When every two hours a ferry from Denmark arrives in the harbor, it brings small but fine wave sets that can be ridden cleanly with SUP or longboard.

In our mustard mill in the beautiful village of Schlemmin we grind unpeeled, not de-oiled mustard in a cold grinding process with a 1000 kg heavy stone mill. In 1288, the elaborately designed brick building of the church is said to have been completed. The church consists of a choir, nave and tower. It was built on a foundation of neatly hewn granite blocks.
The Fischland church, built in 1873, bears features of the neo-Gothic style. In the church there are three naves, the "Deo Gloria", above the north gallery, the "Hope", in the nave and the "Christiana" in the south gallery. The altarpiece depicts the biblical story of the rescue of the sinking Peter. Since 1997, the painting "Nativity Play" by Hedwig Woermann has been on permanent loan in the north gallery.

Dierhagen is a first-class wave spot from west to northeast. Since there are no groynes here, even beginners can venture into the Baltic waves.

The Water hiking rest area Marlow is located about 1 km outside the town of Marlow, directly on the Recknitz Bridge on the L18 between Marlow and Semlow. It offers rest and camping facilities, a toilet suitable for the disabled and access to the boats is also possible via a ramp suitable for wheelchair users.
For water sports, there is the signposted surf zone here, with perfect sideshore conditions in westerly and northeasterly winds. But the spot has cult status due to the "Ferry Wave Surfing": When every two hours a ferry from Denmark arrives in the harbor, it brings small but fine wave sets that can be ridden cleanly with SUP or longboard.

The village church Semlow is a village church from the beginning of the 13th century in the municipality of Semlow in Western Pomerania and is one of the oldest fieldstone churches in the lower Recknitz valley.
As a moderate wave area, Prerow also offers Baltic Sea beginners the best conditions - especially near the beach. The further out you surf, the heavier and more demanding the swell becomes. On good east wind days you can play with nice ramps.

The BEACHHOUSE in Warnemünde is the surf school with wave guarantee and combines surf and swim school, rental, store and beach bar since 2009. From May to September our VDWS licensed, also English-speaking surf instructors train beginners and advanced surfers in windsurfing and kitesurfing as well as in surfing and stand up paddling. From July to August swimming courses are also offered.
The village church Kölzow is one of the most beautiful and also oldest fieldstone churches in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The construction of the village church Kölzow was started in 1205 by order of the local locator family von der Lühe, who also held the church patronage during the time of their ownership of the Kölzow estate.
