The Müritz climbing forest in Waren (Müritz) offers adventure seekers of all ages an exciting experience in the midst of nature.
Covering an area of over 3 hectares, the climbing route is around 2 kilometers long and has 9 courses of varying degrees of difficulty. These courses have names such as "Greenhorn", "Robin Hood", "Black Widow" or "K2" and include over 100 climbing elements such as ladders, climbing walls, slides and barrels, which provide thrills at heights of up to 15 meters.Great importance is attached to the safety of visitors in the Müritz climbing forest. Before starting, each participant receives a thorough briefing from experienced trainers who explain how to use the climbing equipment and how to secure themselves. Trained staff are on site throughout the entire visit to ensure that safety standards are adhered to and to provide support if necessary. Children may climb from a height of 1.25 meters. Children up to the age of 13 must be accompanied by a climbing parent or guardian, while teenagers up to the age of 16 must be accompanied on the ground. Young people up to the age of 18 require written permission from their parents.
