Fair weather offers, Natural bathing areas

The sandy beach of Gollwitz is not very crowded and offers optimal conditions for sunbathing, especially for families with children, because of the shallow water.

The insider tip among nature lovers and parents with very small children is the beach of Gollwitz. Due to the immediate proximity to the offshore bird sanctuary island of Langenwerder, there are unique opportunities to observe even rare bird species from your beach chair. A small adventure playground in the form of a stranded pirate ship as well as a volleyball net allow not only small guests to really let off steam here.

After the sandbank, which is about 100 meters away, the deep water of the Baltic Sea begins. Due to the shallow water in front of the beach there is no guard. There is a small kiosk and sanitary facilities on site.

The spot at the Salzhaff offers shallow water deluxe! You can park in front of or on the campsite. Day tickets are available at the reception. The Salzhaff is very shallow and the standing area is therefore extremely large. Especially windsurfers have to walk further out at low tide so that the fin doesn't involuntarily become an anchor. Pepelow shows its best side with southwest to north.
