Built in 2013, the bungalow with its 127 square meters of living space offers generous space for 2-4 people. Common cooking in the comfortable kitchen, as well as common eating, playing and chilling in the living room and on the terrace are just as possible as the retreat for reading, working or resting in the bedrooms. In the warm season, the terrace of a good 20 square meters, covered throughout, is the most used "room" of the house. The spacious bathroom and the separate toilet with shower leave nothing to be desired. The Schultenwirdelhaus is wheelchair-friendly throughout. Thanks to the solid construction, the modern energy-saving windows, the cozy underfloor heating and the fireplace, the house is also fully usable in the inter-seasons as well as in the crisp-cold and often snowy Feldberg winters. The furnishings and equipment of the Schultenwirdelhaus are tasteful and of high quality - from the solid wooden furniture to the lighting and the floor tiles in the "Mecklenburg-Mediterranean country house style". The Schultenwirdelhaus is a non-smoking house. It is also ideal for those allergic to animal hair, as pets are not allowed.Because of its location in the idyllic residential area of Klinkecken, the vacation home is particularly useful for people who both enjoy and radiate tranquility. The house is not suitable for parties, loud music listening and terrace conversations until late at night.
