"Herbal Picnic" - The Culinary Forest Tour

As recently as 150 years ago, people generally used wild plants to feed themselves. People ate what grew in their immediate environment. With the increasing industrialization, also of food, the knowledge about this dwindled. Today, we are again turning to plants from the meadow, forest and park, especially since they are often much richer in vitamins and aromas than fruits, vegetables and herbs from the supermarket.
