Irish Folk
Tone Fish has been touring throughout Germany for over ten years and has established a firm place for itself in the
cultural scene. Big and small stages, festivals, churches - the band is at home everywhere, including the Kornhaus.
The musicians don't believe in standing still and are back with a brand new program. The mix is like the musicians - surprising and unpredictable. Original compositions and alienated stolen goods alternate, often blurring the boundaries. Traditional songs, settings of Shakespeare and Goethe, Wilhelm Busch and Metallica are not forgotten either.
An average of 80 concerts a year nationwide is a statement. However, simply carrying on like this
does not fit in with the musicians' Olympic aspirations; instead, the band is constantly reinventing itself. Michaela Jeretzky (vocals, flute, bass) and Stefan Gliwitzki (vocals, guitar, bouzouki) will be playing.
Admission is €15, €10 for schoolchildren, students and the severely disabled. For visitors to the reading (Ooge, previous day) and concert together €20, reduced €15.
