Far Eastern family health program
Qui Gong is one of the main pillars of traditional Chinese medicine, or TCM for short, due to its proven ability to strengthen the body's self-healing powers. It includes simple, moving and still exercises that strengthen and heal body and mind in the long term. People of all ages are welcome.
