At the end of the summer, it's time again for the "Studio am See" festival in Neubrandenburg. Organized by an association of volunteers, the festival aims to offer artists a space and bring music to the region that would otherwise not be experienced here.
Since 2021, the festival has been taking place in an old industrial hall on the shores of Lake Tollensesee and has already attracted well-known bands such as Selig, Bilbao, Hundreds and Mia to the region. Like the up to 600 visitors, the musicians were also enthusiastic about the lovingly organized event. They relaxed by the late summer lake, took new band photos or found inspiration for new songs. Singer Cäthe, for example, raved about her "probably clearest lake of the year" on stage at 2023,
which
also includes a night of electronic music and a children's concert in the afternoon. All around, local artists can present themselves in a relaxed space.
