INSPIERTY are four guys from Rostock who create a captivating atmosphere and exciting soundscapes without any vocals.
INSPIERTY as a paraphrase: Ron, Basti, Addi and Eric, rocking and melodious guitars, pulsating bass, penetrating drums, atmospheric synthesizers. They themselves define the result as "instrumental and spherical post-rock".
You can also discover psychedelic, alternative or spacey elements in INSPIERTY's music - the end result is always energetic, melodic, atmospheric, sometimes even dreamy new art rock with exciting soundscapes that repeatedly culminate in rocking outbursts.
The band name simply describes ''Inspiration''. The band was founded in 2013. It started with two guitarists, followed shortly afterwards by a drummer and bassist. From this point on, the existing songs were given the finishing touches and new pieces were created. In 2015, they played their first public gig at the ''Fete de la Musique'' festival in Rostock. Further regional appearances followed, and in 2023 the first appearance at an international festival in France. In 2019, the first album "Constellation" was released, which is characterized by loud-quiet tensions and subtle sound structures ranging from relaxed to subtly metallic. Work on the second album "Nature" followed in 2021, for which a 3-track EP was released in September 2023.
INSPIERTY's songs are as varied and melancholic as the universe itself. We invite you to drift off into infinite expanses while listening and lose yourself there...
Aphodyl - we were a four-piece band from Berlin - self-taught, authentic, uncomplicated and full of joy! Having fun with the music is Aphodyl's motto! Founded on April 30, 2010 under this name and have been a permanent line-up ever since: Biene (keyboard, drums and theremin), Holli (drums, guitar, vocals), André (guitar) and Arno (bass).
Inspired by the dinosaurs of the psychedelic and krautrock era such as Jane, Pink Floyd, Grobschnitt, Eloy, Hawkwind, Ufo etc., their own songs are often the result of extensive rehearsal room sessions and then develop into solid, sometimes very long works such as "Evolution" or "Time". But every now and then there is also a small "cover round" in aphodylic style in the program, which is played in honor of Jane on certain occasions. Unfortunately, our Holli passed away on 14.09.2018, a heavy loss for us and also for you - since 2021 Mike on drums and Yvi on vocals have joined us - they belonged to Holli's close circle of friends and would like to continue his life's work with us and in his honor.
