The Romanian pianists Eduard Gheorghiță and Remus Henning play the organ and piano four-handed with virtuosity.
Romanian pianists Eduard Gheorghiță and Remus Henning are touring Europe for the second year in a row and want to delight audiences with original music played with four hands. The two soloists have been playing together for two years and give national and international piano concerts. The concert program begins with Bach and ends with Mendelssohn. It is a journey through the classical music styles, from the Baroque with its polyphony and ornamentation to the Romantic period with its heroic and sentimental style. In the middle part of the program, Viennese Classicism, represented by Mozart, takes us on a journey through time to the musical waltzes and merrymaking evenings of the 1770s. The program ends with the rousing Allegro Brillant op. 92 by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy
