Again and again, these large, gray birds cast a spell over us. Their powerful calls cause us to pause and our gaze to wander towards the sky.
In his picture show, Karsten Peter would like to immerse you in the life of the cranes. Large gatherings, scuffles and courtship dances determine the hustle and bustle during the resting periods. It gets really secretive when you take a look at the breeding grounds.
Mr. Peter likes to interrupt his explanations of the crane year to take his listeners into the mythical world of these graceful birds with poems and legends.
